Here at Smith and Halls London we are a young group of friends that have come together to share skills, knowledge and expertise.
Ranging from furniture restorers and upholsterers, architects, set designers to literature graduates. Our combined passion for design and 20th Century home decor led to the creation of Smith and Halls London.
However, it was not only this passion that influenced our decision to create our company, but our endeavour to create a greener and environmentally focused business, that celebrated the old, vintage and second hand elements of retail.
Our aim is to bring together great pieces of design and style, whilst acknowledging the vital role of being environmentally conscious, to discerning and equally conscious customers.

Do you provide International delivery?
We can provide international shipping. We just need your address and we will connect with one of our international shipping partners and forward a quote.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. As we are a small cooperative business, returns can have a dramatic effect on our ability to function. In order to negate this problem, we highly recommend inspections.
How do I return an item?
If an item has yet to be accepted then potentially we can cancel the transaction. However, if an item has already been accepted then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
How do I track my order?
If an item is sent with a courier that provides a tracking number then this can be forwarded to the customer. For larger items, contact details will be given to the courier to arrange for a delivery time/date.
How can I contact your couriers?
Customer contact information will be forwarded to the courier and liaising will be promoted to ensure effective delivery.
What are your delivery options?
We offer both domestic and international shipping, however we will need to supply the customer with an accurate quote before the completion of the sale. Therefore, please contact us with an address and we will get back to you with our quote. Discounts available for multiple orders.
