We have a variety of different fabric providers so we can either provide samples or use a chosen fabric.
CANE
One of the hardest skills and certainly the most time consuming, we also offer cane replacement.
Whether it's the weaving process or the pre-made sheets, we can give your old damaged vintage furniture a new lease of life and make it usable again.
This process is extremely time consuming, hence the reason why it costs so much, but just send us some images and we will give you a quote.
DANISH CORD
As well as upholstery services, we also offer danish cord replacement for a variety of different chairs.
We use natural cord and painstakingly replace the damaged cord, we can age the cord or leave it natural.
Although it is an expensive process, it revitalises mid century furniture and makes it beautiful, perhaps more importantly, functional again.
SOURCING SERVICE
This is a service that we provide in order to combine our environmentally conscious approach to home decor acquisition, but allowing for a greater say from out customer base.
If you are looking for a particular piece of furniture, need seating for a restaurant or need to fill a stage or set, this service is for you.
All you need to do is provide us with the request and a rough budget and we will fulfil your requirements, simple.
Too often, especially on larger scale operations like hospitality or film, the second hand market is neglected in pursuance of an easier and time conscious approach.
However, here at Smith and Halls London, we take away the stress of procurement and can assure potential customers of a more sustainable and environmentally conscious approach.

VALUATIONS

It is because of this that we offer a free valuation service, you just need to contact us with information and pictures and we will provide a free expert valuation.
If you are looking to sell your item, then we are more than happy to make you an offer if it's something that we are interested in. Again, all you need to do is email us with pictures and information and we will be in contact with our offer.
Conversely, if you decide you want to sell your item yourself, we can provide space on our platform in order for you to reach a larger audience, and we will only charge a fee once your item has sold.
